This medium roast is a celebration of Mexico's finest coffee-growing regions, Chiapas and Oaxaca. A blend of Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra varietals, this coffee is grown in rich clay mineral soil and processed with care. After being fully washed and sun-dried, the beans are ready to be roasted to perfection. The result is a cup that is both comforting and crisp, with tasting notes of chocolate, cinnamon, and green apple.
