Our Coffee & Craft
It’s our brand’s slogan and philosophy. “Crafted with Fire” refers to our traditional fire-roasting process – we roast our coffee beans over open flame, infusing them with rich, bold flavor. “Brewed to Perfection” reflects our commitment to quality in every cup – we meticulously brew and test each batch to ensure it meets our highest standards. This tagline is a promise that every product we sell is made with passion, precision, and care.
We source our coffee beans from premium, sustainable farms located in renowned coffee-growing regions around the world. Our beans are primarily single-origin (from places like Ethiopia, Colombia, and Sumatra) and are ethically traded. By working closely with farmers, we ensure that we get the highest quality green beans, which we then craft with fire in our roasting facility. The result is a uniquely bold and flavorful coffee that you won’t find elsewhere.
For the optimal experience, we recommend using fresh, cold filtered water and the proper coffee-to-water ratio. For our roast, a French press or pour-over method tends to bring out the rich flavors best. Use water just off the boil (~95°C/200°F). Ultimately, our coffee is roasted to be versatile – whether you use a drip machine, espresso maker, or any brewing method, you can achieve a delicious cup.
Ordering & Shipping
We currently ship to customers worldwide! Our roasting facility is based in the United States, but we have partnered with international carriers to reach coffee lovers around the globe. Whether you’re in the US, Europe, Asia, or elsewhere, we’ll get our coffee to your doorstep. (Shipping fees and times will vary by region)
Delivery times depend on your location. For orders within the United States, expect about 3–5 business days for delivery once your order is roasted and shipped. International orders typically arrive in 7–14 business days. We roast to order (to ensure freshness), so it may take 1–2 days to dispatch your package. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. (Please note: unforeseen delays like customs or courier issues can occasionally affect delivery times.)
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal and Shop Pay. Our checkout is encrypted and secure, so you can shop with confidence. If you have any issues with payment, feel free to contact us – we can also accept direct bank transfers in special cases.
Returns & Support
Your satisfaction is our priority. If there’s any issue with your order, please let us know! For coffee products: due to their perishable nature, we generally do not accept returns of opened packages. However, if your coffee arrives damaged, stale, or incorrect, we will replace it or refund you. For merchandise (equipment, mugs, etc.), unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Just contact our support to initiate a return.
If you need to make a change or cancellation, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We try to roast and ship quickly, so if your order hasn’t been roasted/shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes (like adjusting grind type or shipping address) or cancel and refund the order if needed. Once an order is already roasted and packed, changes may not be possible, but we’ll work with you on a solution.
