Antigua, Guatemala is one of the world's most celebrated coffee regions, and this medium roast shows why. Sourced from smallholder farmers, this coffee is grown in nutrient-rich volcanic loam soil, giving it a distinctive depth of flavor. A blend of Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, and Typica varieties, the beans are fully washed and sun-dried to perfection. This process yields a complex and decadent cup with notes of dark chocolate, bright fruit, and sweet butterscotch.
